Meeting Space Hireage

Welcome to our facilities, located in the vibrant heart of Manukau, South Auckland. Our venue is a stone's throw from the Southern & Western Motorways, public transport hub and adjacent to the bustling Westfield Manukau Mall, offering access and convenience for your attendees.

We have three room options, each designed to cater to various needs — available weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm (excluding public holidays).

Our first space, ideal for meetings, features a boardroom setup. The second, larger space can comfortably accommodate training sessions or wananga, with seating arrangements ranging from a classroom layout to a collab-style working space. Every room has air conditioning, tasteful décor, and natural lighting.  These two spaces are bookable either 1/2 day or full day. 

**(1/2-day booking times are either 9 am - 1 pm or 1 pm - 5 pm)**

Additionally, we have a smaller room ideal for a "Hot desk" situation that can accommodate up to 4 persons.  Hireable by the hour (minimum 2hr hireage).

High-speed Wi-Fi ensures seamless connectivity throughout the facility.  Modest audio-visual equipment is available to support your event needs.  Guests have access to well-maintained bathroom and kitchen facilities.  Numerous nearby restaurants offer catering options, and our staff can assist with recommendations. 

Parking is available at the AT Public Carpark, located at 2 Davies Avenue (corner of Ronwood and Davies Avenues, Manukau), with entry from Ronwood Avenue. The carpark is open Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 6 PM, at a rate of $3.50 per hour or $8.50 for the day. There is also on-street parking and nearby car parks, but they have time restrictions, so parking is at the owner's risk.
