We are committed to successful career pathways for Māori. We work directly with pakihi (businesses) to realise the potential of their Māori staff through recruitment, induction, retention and training practices that are culturally competent.

We support the aspirations and achievements of Māori in our hāpori, and strive for transformational change to future proof generations to come.

Our work is underpinned by research and methodology that is framed within a Te Ao Māori context, and utilising Matauranga Māori. Our self-reflective practices enable us to contribute to this research and continue to influence best practice.
