Hāpai Tūhono - Vacancies

Work with us. Walk alongside rangatahi. Create real change

At Hāpai Tūhono, we believe every rangatahi deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in a way that honours who they are.

Our mahi is by Māori, for Māori, for all, grounded in tikanga and guided by Te Tiriti o Waitangi. We are committed to whanaungatanga, manaakitanga, and working alongside whānau and communities to create lasting change.

We also value our connections across Te Moana-nui-a-Kiwa, embracing Pasifika cultures and values in our approach.

If this kaupapa speaks to you, we’d love to hear from you.
