Mana Tūroa August 2025 intake

 Mana Tūroa is a 12-week intensive career programme with 52 weeks of guided support that aims to uplift rangatahi Māori by helping them unlock their own potential. This kaupapa will provide the essential tools needed for success, nurturing individual aspirations into realistic achievements. 

• 12-week intensive Mana Tūroa program conducted in our fun and whānau-friendly learning environment
• 52 weeks of one-on-one support provided by one of our youth mentors.
• A personalised career development plan and support with resources and connections
• Work preparation, including understanding contracts, tax, payslips, entitlements, licensing, and budgeting.
• Connection to services and support to manage personal challenges.

• Rangatahi who whakapapa Māori - Every level of Māoriness is celebrated. You being you, that's what we value. So, come on board!
• Between the ages of 18 and 25
• Currently not in training or employment
• Anyone keen to step up into full-time work, training, or education.
