Supporting Rangatahi on the Road to Sustainable Mahi

At Hāpai Tūhono, we walk alongside Work and Income job seekers aged 18–24 to build confidence, overcome barriers, and create pathways into sustainable mahi. Our kaupapa Māori-led coaching supports young people to strengthen their skills, prepare for employment, and stay connected to long-term opportunities.

Our coaching is personalised, strengths-based, and centred around the aspirations and wellbeing of each rangatahi. Support is available for up to 12 months, including ongoing in-work support once mahi is secured.
